A civil engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the United States of America 1983, he started as a civil engineer for projects in 1984

And he holds the title of a professional engineer in structural design in the specialty of civil engineering, and a consultant engineer in implementation and supervision in the specialty of civil engineering, by obtaining an accredited certificate from the Engineers Qualification and Classification Council in the Kuwaiti Society of Engineers. He has extensive experience in the field for 40 years.
